As the bulk of hope and revenue is now centred in UK she might want to consider basing herself over there for periods of time to use her marketing and Sales skills to get some momentum going and win some fresh contracts - I believe the credibility and survival of ALC are at stake here otherwise ALC will wither on the vine and possibly be T/O. ALC has a Chief of Staff that can manage Aus end in physical absence.
