Interesting because that went to a company called System C.
System C was bought by CVC Capital Partners in 2021.
According to FT - System C made £1.7m in pre-tax profits in the year to March 2019, to its most recent published accounts. Associated business Graphnet made £500,000 of pre-tax profits in the same period.
Another report lists the purchase price as £281m ($A538m).
All just helps build a picture of the underlying value of the business.
