Interesting to hear Mark suggest NHS hospitals are becoming more wary of the Big Bang EPR approach (ie EPIC) due to the monumental change required to every single department from day 1 and the negative effect this has on staffs ability to cope. He suggests the sentiment may be tipping in favour of modular EPR providers so hospitals can master 1 step/department at a time which wears well with their team.
