Market is irrational both ways. Overpriced or grossly underpriced. Market at the moment is not favourable for ALC pre rev and interest rates, thus underpriced despite locked in 5-year contracted revenue. Panicked and impatient retail holders have sold this down to where it is on low volume and the instos have bought in, the price from 4c - 7c several weeks ago demonstrated insto buying then a slow burn of retail selling.
Upon profitability a rerate is definitely going to see the price back to sub 10c or more depending on what contracts land.
