Sorry just re read my post, had just got off a 37 hour trip from Syd to Glasgow, it was full of spelling errors. Well if the unit prices crash over time that’s fine by me! I mean for something decent where you would want to live long term it’s pushing an easy million + for a 2 bedroom, crazy but is what it is.... so happy for it to crash and happy to sit in ALC as I think the opportunity cost of selling could be many multiples of where we are now, 5 years time. 1 billion company over the next 10 years (wouldn’t that be nice!) might be a dream but that would set me up nice and pretty haha.

200+ Mc is not unreasonable with a continual sting of larger wins. Give it time.... we are hopefully just getting started. Biggest issue here could be being taken out, short term gain long term reduced potential earning.

Ill host a good old party if this thing ever hits 1billion haha. I can dream, not up-ramping, just a late 20 something year old day dreaming
