If the company is growing revenue year on year i personally would definitely not sell, i'm all about the long term hold where you see the real rewards, dividends is the ultimate reward if you can pick the company from a start up.
There will be plenty of Tree shakes along the journey, we will see who falls off the tree along the way, surprised how many fell off when blue sky started exiting, few hours later the rest was history with 75million shares getting taking out off market.
