Whilst there haven't been any new major contracts (requiring an announcement), i wouldn't say there have been no new contracts.

The VHIMS discussed above, as an example, i don't believe has been officially disclosed to the market beyond a linkedin post. I'd be very very surprised if this was the only new contract signed since July.

Yes, bringing on new employees and sale staff should definitely see an increase in sales, but there will definitely be a lag between the hiring and signing of new contracts. We all know, deals particularly for healthcare can take many years to secure. If at the end of FY21 there's still a lack of new contracts, then I'll start to become slightly more concerned. Hopefully the quarterly release next week will provide some further clarity.
