Without ARR, I find it hard to tell if ALC is cheap or expensive.

if the recent recurring figure of $21.7mil last Q was entirely ARR, ALC then has a Market cap of ~ 10xARR. Not a very attroactive valuation, especially in the current environment.

I’ve also gone through contract win anns for the last year. There are some hiccups such as a pilot program of OPENeP, ExtraMed has been silent for a while.

What I mean is, not everything looks rosy for ALC. The management team could be trustworthy, but perhaps what they have to sell right now could not bring the big bucks in.

ALC reminds me of K2F, and Miya reminds me of k2f’s RCubed. K2F did buy several other solutions, but sales have been disappointed.

On my chart, ALC could eventually close the gap at 12.5c
