I think the mainstay of Alcidion focus is patient flow and clinical management systems as opposed to EPR (happy to be corrected if this is not the case) however all clinical management systems need to integrate with an EPR.
I would be interested to know who Alcidion’s main competitors are in the NHS space and what share do they (and Alcidion) have in contracts so far? Once contracts are awarded those sitting on the fence are likely to look favourably on market share as for overall collaboration, efficiency and ultimately cost.
This is a race for market share and momentum. Any thoughts from the HC brain trust?
