There is a point where this becomes a very cheap take-over target. There must be quite a few parties that would be running the numbers on ALC at these type of levels. However it is highly unlikely any major holder, other than the party that is exiting, would be interested in selling at these levels.

The recurring licensing revenue alone would return the market cap of this business in only 2 years.

Crazy stuff, its so miss-priced.

I agree - unfortunately even though the recurring revenue could justify the SP - retail investor sentiment is poor as positive sales pitch has not matched results and there was general perception of retail getting shafted at the last CR - nothing new there but unfortunately a continual drip of disappointment from ALC to maybe a naive (I include myself) cohort of investors has not helped.
People are hanging in there in hope of a) a new contract b) Takeover c) Surely it can’t get any worse given the products and existing contract revenue (so don’t want to capitalise a loss).
