I can say that it is most likely that the deal was signed off at 2 mins to midnight on 30th June, just before new financial year. Always the way with these deals, many a late night at work at the end of quarter... Thus the deal is last financial year, but the announcement is this year. Not that it matters, lol.
That would also indicate there is no leaky ship.
