I watched it too and then went on to look at ALC's published case studies on how and where they have used AI with their patient flow. Zilch. It's just mentioned everywhere in their marketing content. Seems like they are riding on the buzzword rather than really applying AI anywhere. If i was in Q&A I would have asked allegra to provide some examples so that the impact of not using AI could be better understood but she is probably using the buzzword too..
Can anyone point me to where and how Alcidion is using AI in their product?
