The SPP isn’t underwritten. They have over 1400 shareholders - they only need 100 to take their full entitlement to raise what they need. (In fact they only need half that to get the $750k for the buyout)

Still with no other news there’s likely to be downward pressure on price once the new shares are issued and quoted - particularly if there’s a shortfall and they get a broker to place that shortfall.

We do also know though there’s news coming - we’ll get some kind of production update as part of the quarterly.

Fundamentally if the mining goes to plan this looks very strong but short term technicals there’s factors that could see it soft for a bit depending how successful or otherwise the SPP has been.
