You know the answer TED has mentioned it I’ll say it for you again.
When a publisher puts out an add that is not satisfactory to the client EN1 can choose to hold payments/ partial payments If it doesn’t meet the satisfactory requirements of the client.

These people cannot win because they sign a document legal document which it has in there the right to not pay the full amount if the client is not satisfactory due to poor quality of the add and not meet the specifications of the client.

So I hope that this time you can get it through your head you’re not fooling anybody mate the answer has all ready been put out by the CEO himself.
