Thanks Niftyw, however we weren't discussing the relevance in using share dilution as a factor in valuing EN1, but rather I merely advised the poster that his understanding of dilution may be incorrect. That was the extent of our exchange.
@djwally is correct in his statement regarding market cap being an important factor to consider, particularly when comparing the revenue of the company being researched.
