I agree that a lot of this has already been priced in. I was surprised to learn today that the Safeguard Mechanism was brought in by the Abbott Government, but the ceiling of Co2 was high / raised when needed and effectively did nothing. I suppose my concern is how rabid The Greens are about gas, which is insane. BAS price has shown some good resilience today, but obviously it would be good if the government could just f* off with their terrible policy ideas and leave the professionals to find and produce essential oil and gas.
