The suburban electricity grid will never cope with a large proportion of the population trying to fast charge EVs overnight. It's a pipedream. And just for a laugh, there's a fuel station in a rural area in my state that has installed an EV fast charger ....it is powered by a generator hidden behind the station but of course all the wokesters will think they are saving the world.
