    a translation from 20c to 32c, =>60% gain for the heads
    But the ops could follow 10c to 20c => 100% gain for the ops. (could even achieve that at heads being 30c with a time premium)

    Its that interesting magic in maths, when the gains on the heads exceed the very conversion price of the options.
