Why not wait for that drill result, and then make the offer?
Playing devils advocate now, if there's any doubt about the resource there then that would be good to have the risk addressed for a premium to the offer. Nothing worse than paying a lot of money for a dud.
We probably won't need to wait more than a few months for all this to play out.
