And management are accutely aware of what full conversion of the oppies mean - somewhere around $15-16m in cash into the coffers , so they are fully incentivsed to drive the heads well up to ensure oppie conversion - yes some peeps will sell heads to convert, have seen this before, but as long as it doesnt happen at the last month or two when it can become a bit of an anchor on the price (which i dont see it happening) then all good
