iirc American options (I don't know if baso are American, European, or exotic. I'd assume European but just in case) can be exercised at any time by calling your broker, paying their fee and having the necessary money in your account. If you want to exercise early you will have to actually contact your broker, you can't do it through the app (at least with CMC, CommSec might be different).

looks like others are saying the option can be exercised at any time prior to expiry, which means it's an American call option I guess. best bet is to contact your broker and ask them about the process of having them exercised
