the market is completely stuffed atm - unless you have the word Lithium in an announcement....
Also, its a known factor about the pump, so we really arent sure if that news is already baked into the price, rise in oil price hasnt done much, news is just getting sold off irrationally on projects, need to be prepared for little or no movement yet, until there is upswing factors in the market
