    month or two ago, i wouldhave said no CR - now i wouldnt rule it out, only $1.5m at end June, and whilst oil price up, we dont know what costs incurred in Q3, plus depending on what work programmes they identify in Q4 and early next year, quite possible they feel they will need one

    Could be a reason we havent seen further demand on the price
