Depends on how much the two failed wells cost.
Time, Quality, Money... they have to spend one of those. As shareholders we are always hoping for time, but as option holders we have to consider they may need an injection of money.
IMHO the shares have been sold down on purpose to allow for a sophisticated investor option. If you looked at the daily trades the AI selling almost always put in 89 somewhere even if it was backwards (98), upside-down (86), or backwards and upside-down (68). On the buy or sell side or in the daily trades. Often times 13 trades for the day, lol.
