"the gauges crap"... No they didn't know dates in advance. This is proven in the fact that Kiwi EPT was stopped early, due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternatively, what if it was delayed again? You want them paying cancellation, or fees on booked equipment that they are not ready to use??
