If you were buying up big, you would want a discount to the trading SP. Nothing really different from any other cap raise. There discount might be gone by Wednesday if the SP is driven down. We will see next week. Looks to me that some of these start costs have blown out. There line of on time and on budget doesn't appear to be the case with Nal. It is what it is MoonRocket, we will have to patiently to see how this pans out.
