The shorts didn't hit the panic button, they have made a fortune and got a free out from the BOD. Maybe if the BOD that wanted more shares they should have bought on market a couple of weeks ago at 22c or so, we may have broken the 24c zone and shaken a few off and then been able to do the CR at 21c to 24c depending on the SP. They decided to do otherwise and pick up more cheaper if they get the yes vote, I can't see us moving much until all that gets approved as they will want that to go through so the manipulation will continue. I think we will see 17c at least in the next week and if we do then I will top up more, if not and we keep going up I'm still happy as have plenty in the bottom drawer for the next 5 to 8 years.
