My thoughts also.
Don't think it was intentional by our BOD's. More likely the smarter insto's could see a CR was on the cards given our expenses and cashflows, so took the opportunity to borrow shares in the high 20's - low 30's, use their leverage to push the SP down despite positive news over the past 9 months, and bingo, a $200M CR and they get their get out of jail free card, and a big bonus for their efforts.
I'm hoping that's the end of it and we can start seeing our true value and true potential reflected in our SP. Ultimately you can't beat the fundamentals of the company.
