The OTA may provide the market confidence that SYA will have a certain amount of spodumene concentrate to sell, hopefully with NAL ramped up to nameplate in 6 months as they say. Spot pricing doesn’t have the advantage that it used to in my view.
I suspect the large number of new short sales at low SP suggest that many are skeptical about SYA reaching nameplate
