Unfortunately I think you'll be surprised - dont think we will move past maybe 0.19 until the market knows what these CR shares are being used for.
CR shares are on market on Teusday, based off of how it trades that day we might be able to tell what the shares are being used for but the short data won't be available until the week after I believe.
If the shorts stay open when they were seemingly given a get out of jail free card its going to raise a lot of questions with any potential buyers.
