There was something that I remember reading when that funding story broke. I can't remember who said it but it was a government rep. They said in reference to funding levels that "we evaluate all requests on a case-by-case basis", implying that you just have to ask.
So back to Loui's question to Anthony on the phone the other day, I don't believe was answered..."Have we got anyone looking into that?"
