These are projects and they need to be run aligned to time, cost and quality.
Now if you miss milestones, project stakeholders (or investors to your projects) have a right for a timely status update on the impacts. Now I deliver projects for a living, and if I gave the same 'on-track' status for 3 months, then hit my sponsors up for capital one month before 'realisation', they would be rightly pissed.
I have had unwavering doubt about SYA's vision, but this most recent stint has certainly questioned the BOD's ability to deliver on that vision. It has been a week since the CR, and no further information outside of the generic cut and paste they've placed in every comms.
