Interesting, LKE and CXO look to have much smaller ones for the same day.

But then look at VUL with their CR not long ago.

If I had to take a bet, given their drop in short interest was preceded by a CR just like SYA it looks likely to be what is happening here. They even had a little spike in the short interest the day they resumed trading after the CR was announced and then a big drop off - exact same scenario so far for SYA.

Now the only concerning part is if we are following the same scenario, their sp tanked. However, we look to be holding up far better as it stands right now.
