In regard to the institutional shorts, I've said for a while on here they will very likely not get burnt. These guys rarely lose money.

And forgive me if I'm wrong, but these shorts are closing before the CR shares have been quoted arent they? My understanding from previous research is that if the short position was opened off-market they can close them off market accordingly, without impacting the SP.

I don't doubt people were 'looked after' with these CR shares, whether that was an easy entry for a long position or nice exit position for their short, but CR or not these institutions arent usually going to get caught with their pants down - it would have to be a rare case like we seen with the LTR TO bid.

Can't really be robbed of something you never had in the first place.
