Reasonable points mate. I don’t question or doubt the OP’s knowledge of SYA, but his original email to BL just seemed very divorced from reality.

SOI is insane here and it sounds like deals done years ago are now limiting the potential upside for holders.

In general I have always said that retail investors focus way too much on SOI and act as though it’s the reason why a stock will or won’t move, but I have to say, it’s hard to imagine that this much dillution isn’t causing a huge amount of problems for the SP, especially for an explorer so close to production where dividends are a larger factor than they are for more junior explorers.

So large dilution immediately changes the ball game in terms of dividend potential.
