I’m openly a very high level observer of SYA, not pretending to know anywhere near the detail many in here would know - but what you just described is a fair few bearish headwinds. 3 years of a less than favourable deal is a very long time.
IMO, one of the key things for any upcoming developer / explorer is whether they have full control over access to what they have under the ground and the price they get for it.
I personally wouldn’t be too keen to put my capital into a vehicle where the upside potential is limited so heavily by an outside party.
