I posted this a few days back.
Here is my analysis on where we are in the ramp to name plate.
Based on the numbers from the presentation
We had 10,734 ton at the end of April, then 9 days later on May 9th we had 15,000 tons. This set a pace for May to have 14,694 tons in the month of May, that is a 100% increase both in April and duplicated again in May. Our stated goal is to reach name plate by the end of October 2023, that is a ful 5 months away and we already at over 80% of our goal in just 2 months. IMO, nameplate won't be an issue.
Here is my math for those who want to dabble in the numbers.
May 9th Brett stated 15,000 tons at the port of quebec.
I added March and April to get 10,734 tons and then subtracted that from 15000 to get 4266 tons. I then divided 4266 by 9 to get an average daily rate of 474tpd.
Finally I multiplied 474 by 31 to get 14694 tons for May. This is assuming they made no other improvements during May. It also assumes they were able to work every day during the wild fires, which by the way they are getting some much needed rains and appear to have several solid days of rain in the forecast.
