I tend to agree with the theorey that its a choke hold trying to sway the % of institution to retail holding in favour of instos
The meeting with BL is fast becoming obvious that it was a lame attempt to apease retail and to buy time before releasing Anns for those insto mates in credit raise to close out shorts and accumulate longs
BL has obviously learnt alot from his buddy KP
