don't quite understand the second point your trying to make. but to your first point. answering emails is just fine but lve never heard him reply to anyone else as he has ignored all other emails in the past, why did he suddenly reply to him and why now.. The concerns raised by Loui surley where not a suprise to BL. these ussues whete raised months ago so fixing the problems when promised would have been more desirable than trying to blame the support staff. he's driving the bus, so fix things.
