Re blaming staff, this is the same problem I had with SB's post - you realise us SH'S are the ones that raised the issue and blamed PC and staff for the errors and comms right? Even in the microcosm of this meeting, Loui lead with the question around new staff and continual errors. BL replied without pointing the finger at anyone in particular, like I said earlier.

I'm not praising the bloke, but some of these comments in regard to the way he handled this conversation are unfounded and misguided anger IMO.
