I've thought the same for quite some time and a good reason for the silence.
In one of the recent meetings posted, there were 2 USA defense folks attending. With Canada Gov't heavily invested; the companies that were asked to leave Canada; and the USA and the west concerned about the future of energy - and most roads leading to China for refinement;...you would think that Canadian and USA Defense would be involved...Private companies with defense involvement like Halliburton?
There seems to be urgency in vertical integration.
