It has, but it hasn't, if that makes sense haha.
The latest current aggregate short reported today but actually from 8th June is 391,613,806 and the total SOI currently is 10,039,138,024 after the allocation of the tranche 1 CR shares. Wallaby is right, the actual percentage short as of 8th June (latest data available) is 3.89%.
Shortman for some reason is still using the previous SOI number of 9,098,753,133 so this is why it is giving this figure of 4.30% based on that aggregate number from 8th June, which is therefore incorrect.
I hope that explains it.
