Personally, I think the reason that BL selected Loui is because he's been an influential "blogger" in recent times, however in the lead up to that meeting he was starting to show some disillusionment with the integrity of the BOD, as we all were. If I was BL, I would probably see taming Loui's perception as high priority as well, because it would have a lot more damage than the usual emotives around here. Your views, SB, I believe would be deemed just as critical by BL, but whenever you start to express doubts you tend to dissappear for a while, whereas Loui is more inclined to hang around and dissect it piece by piece, and that might be seen to be very dangerous.
IMO we have big news incoming, the CR was part of it but they needed to calm the farm before it spiralled out of control prematurely.
