After two price sensitive announcements, my investment has fallen 24.4 percent -
23.5 to 17.75 percent now. And my shareholding, which I paid for with tax paid
dollars, has been diluted by eleven percent with the recent CR. The instos see
no dilution at 18 cents. I will absolutely be voting NO to any further amount of
dilution to my holdings with $1.8 M handouts to management. No matter how
good a job a CEO does should not mean greed is good. For every five cents
of Sayona SP rise our CEO makes EIGHT MILLION DOLLARS!
