I have just over a million shares and so the impact of my vote against all proposals won't count for much. However, I look for those running any company I invest in to add financial value and communicate. They have done neither for some time and so my response has to be no.
If things change in the next week or so more fool them for poor timing. If they propose the same next year having done both then my response will change. Asking for the pots of gold proposed is extracting the urine.
