This should be a rocket. Great announcement but the sheer volume of SOI will dictate price movement when THEY (BEOT) want it to move. If this doesn't prove BEOT are in full control, nothing will.
Long term hold - absolutely. It will most likely make a heap of cash but until then, BEOT will continue to acquire more retail shares at pathetically low prices. And along the way the Board will continue to be paid handsomely and acquire their significant share holdings for free or at a discount.
I feel like a mug. I misjudged those in control of SYA. I don't blame BEOT being all over this however. It's what they do and they do it well. The opportunity to do it is those I blame.
