My apologies wasn't aware it was done (re environmental studies on NAL), I may have skimmed over it.
What I am getting at, which from what I can read (most is in French) to reduce emissions, travel is important (trucks transporting raw minerals), now regardless of what happens with NAL, this hub that Quebec will want to build, I would say SYA is sitting in a comfortable spot, as they won't have very far to travel for processing?
