I don't think these guys know what is really going on here. As for the delay of OT, BL mentioned that before they close the deal another better one occurs. It is easy to get an OT, but it takes time to get the best one. As for the PFS, it is not meant to show us investor how accurate the number is, the most important part is to decide which way we should go with our downstream processing, carbonate or Hydroxide. The decision to go ahead with carbonate DFS means a lot than the NPV of A$3.2b, I would call it another mile stone for SYA. Therefore I wouldn't blame BOD for taking 3 weeks time to reach that decision.
