In my world, we call them “speculator” who think they are investor. It remind me of the early day when the original investors sold out of google, after IPO but pre revenue. Sure they made a handsome gain, but the true value was in their Adv monetisation, not search, which the early speculators sadly did not understood.

Similarly the same things happened to Facebook and other technology companies. Surely some flopped, but other succeeded.
Picking a unicorn company is almost impossible, but when you’re fortunate enough to have stumbled on it, hold it like your life depends on it.

Mining is not a hard gig to understand vs tech. It’s pretty much based on assets and getting it into production. That’s the hardest bits, the rest will follow, which is the “CASHFLOW”

look at PLS before and after production, the playbook are written on the wall.
