I don't know the reason for the timing of this, but i imagine this will be part of a bigger puzzle and eventually will be revealed when all the pieces are comming together.
I've had many jobs, but one thing was certain for every one, the man on the floor were allways the last to know what future plans were decided upstairs.
I do however still (maybe just me) have full confidence in management.
